• Conducting one-on-one therapeutic sessions through video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate environment for clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop tailored care plans that promote client autonomy and growth.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment strategies that address the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.
• Facilitating insightful discussions that help clients to explore their feelings, relationships, and life experiences, promoting self-awareness and understanding.
• Assessing client progress throughout the duration of treatment plans and helping clients establish effective coping strategies to navigate their daily challenges.

Your clients will span a variety of ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns, with particular emphasis on adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. By aligning your caseload with your specialties and preferences, you'll create powerful therapeutic alliances with those best suited to your practice style, helping them achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating high levels of autonomy and professionalism in client interactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine empathetic approach to nurturing client relationships.
• Proficiency with digital tools and telehealth platforms to effectively manage client interactions and document care.

• Experience working in a teletherapy setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly those that are solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, or trauma-informed.
• A track record of successfully managing diverse caseloads while maintaining a high standard of client care.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon hours worked and experience.
