• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Perform ongoing assessments to understand individual client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Help clients cultivate essential coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques to manage their mental health more effectively.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions while minimizing paperwork through our streamlined processes.
• Collaborate with team members to provide referrals and additional support as needed to enhance the overall treatment experience.

The primary client base for this role includes stable, low-acuity adults who require mental health support for a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in empowering these individuals to develop their personal growth and resilience.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD, demonstrating your ability to practice independently.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and maintaining a stable workflow in a remote setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions related to your professional conduct.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and comfort with technology.
• A reliable internet connection that facilitates seamless video interactions with clients.

• Significant experience in individual counseling and the ability to adapt treatment modalities to fit diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that can be applied in a virtual setting.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and prioritize client care efficiently.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on hours worked and the level of experience. Additional benefits include:
