• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning of patients.

• Deliver psychotherapy sessions, which may include individual, group, or family therapy, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and others.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies based on patient feedback and clinical insight.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Chat and Change Mental Health, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. You will engage with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, requiring sensitivity to their individual needs and cultural contexts. Your role is crucial in reducing stigma, promoting understanding, and facilitating access to mental health resources.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills based on evidence-based practices.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare software for patient management.
