The Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote telehealth team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to effectively address their mental health needs.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among healthcare teams, families, and other stakeholders to provide updates on client progress and treatment plans.
  • Track and share work progress with supervisory staff, including planning appointments, home visits, and observation sessions to ensure holistic care.
  • Organize home visits when necessary, conducting activities such as in-home observations, chart reviews, and data analysis to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contribute insights to case discussions.
  • Prepare thorough monthly and quarterly progress reports to document client advancements and challenges.
  • Lead training sessions for team members to ensure adherence to program standards and proper documentation practices.
  • Conduct follow-up engagements through interviews and observations to ensure ongoing client support and satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulous records to guarantee information availability for relevant team members.
  • Bridge the gap between the general community and mental health professionals, assisting clients in achieving their developmental goals.
  • Contribute to developing training materials aimed at enhancing individualized programs for diverse client needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including both adults and youth, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. This role demands a deep understanding of various therapeutic practices, particularly for those struggling with family dynamics, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
