The Role
At Neat, a Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) is the trusted technical advisor and product expert supporting our sales teams. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer engagement-ensuring prospects, customers, and partners fully understand the value, innovation, and long-term vision behind Neat's portfolio.
The Senior Solutions Engineer focuses on three (3) core areas:
1. Sales Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Senior Solutions Engineers partner closely with Account Management and Channel teams to drive successful customer outcomes. You will:
  • Lead by listening - understand enterprise customer requirements and translate to real-world value.
  • Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Align with Enterprise, Commercial, and Public Sector Territory Account Managers on technical strategy and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure Customers clearly understand Neat's value proposition, design philosophy, and roadmap.
  • Remove technical barriers and instill confidence throughout the buying process.

2. Product & Engineering Ambassador: Senior Solutions Engineers serve as the voice of the customer and partners internally-and the voice of the product externally. You will:
  • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize customer and partner feedback.
  • Translate real-world use cases into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
  • Communicate roadmap vision and future-state capabilities clearly and credibly.
  • Represent Neat's innovation strategy in executive and technical conversations.

3. Product Evangelism & Enablement: Senior Solutions Engineers bring the "wow factor" of Neat to life. You will:
  • Deliver impactful product demos that showcase simplicity, intelligence, and design excellence.
  • Enable Sales teams through training and technical coaching.
  • Support webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate new product releases and feature updates internally and externally.
  • Elevate technical storytelling across the organization.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong professional experience in videoconferencing and commercial AV technologies; OEM experience preferred.
  • Broader knowledge of unified communications and collaboration ecosystems (web conferencing, IP telephony, platform integrations).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Customer-facing experience with enterprise and/or channel partners.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, global environment.
  • A willingness to travel to customers, tradeshows, and regional Neat events (up to 50%)

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $180,000 - $210,000 OTE per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and an unlimited PTO policy.
