Job Title: Brand Channels Manager Location-Type: Hybrid, city/state to be confirmed Start Date: July 2025 (approximate) Duration: Contract Rate: $38-44/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Job Description: The Brand Channels Manager drives off-premise, demand generation, and digital marketing efforts to achieve the brand's business objectives, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent execution across digital platforms. Job Summary •Lead go-to-market execution by requesting, reviewing, and approving all creative deliverables for each campaign window. •Manage digital and app/web user experience tied to product launches and updates, coordinating with content, DSP, and technology teams to ensure accurate product placement and creative execution. •Oversee all third-party delivery (3PD) planning and execution, including media planning, reporting, opt-ins, and budget support. •Coordinate customer engagement initiatives by finalizing GTM offers, maintaining the offer calendar, and managing offer testing with the CE team. •Support catering channel launches and testing as a secondary responsibility during the contracted period. •Analyze the effectiveness of off-premise and digital marketing programs and provide insights to identify additional revenue growth opportunities. •Contribute to the development and communication of off-premise strategy to the brand team and cross-functional partners. Minimum Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. •5 or more years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, demand generation, e-commerce, off-premise sales, or a related discipline. •Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing platforms and coordinating cross-functional teams. •Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and relationship management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: •Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, food, or beverage industries. •Familiarity with digital and off-premise platforms such as ezCater, Punchh, OLO, UberEats, DoorDash, or similar tools. •Prior experience working within a franchise organization.
