Job description

CTG is seeking an Operation Support Analyst to support daily IT operations by coordinating incident and change management activities, prioritizing operational issues, and ensuring effective communication across technical teams. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, experience in IT operations, and familiarity with ITIL processes.

Location: Remote (Boulder, CO preferred)

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Major Incident and Change Management processes.
  • Prioritize and coordinate incident resolution based on business impact.
  • Track operational issues and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Generate reports and support operational meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Major Incident and Change Management processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • 2+ years of IT operations or technical support experience preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $28.00-$33.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
