Our Client Technology Advisor (CTA) role is responsible for the documentation of client technology, maintain its alignment with XPERTECHS standards, and serve as a subject matter expert on their assigned clients' technology stacks.ย 

As part of the Client Services division, the role is a key contributor to the Client Strategy practice and essential to fulfilling the division's mission to ensure each client receives the best service, support, and experience XPERTECHS can provide.ย 

The role interacts regularly with clients and XPERTECHS personnel to provide support, insight, and understanding of client technology.ย 

Requirements

ย Essential Dutiesย 

  • Document client technology through standard discovery techniques, including remote discovery, client interview, and site survey.ย 
  • Maintain alignment of client technology to XPERTECHS standards through routine reviews and assessments.ย 
  • Implement standards through configuration of client technology.ย 
  • Maintain the client roadmap.ย 
  • Inform and advise on the state of clients and aid in preparation of client Technology Business Reviews.ย 
  • Provide client-specific technical support to XPERTECHS personnel, including serving as a technical resource in client meetings.ย 

Qualifications and Requirements Knowledge, Education and Experienceย 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.ย 
  • 3+ years' recent experience with network and systems administration required.ย 
  • 3+ years' recent experience with technology consulting to the small or mid-sized business market strongly preferred.ย 
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.ย 
  • Intermediate or better understanding and experience with technologies used by our clients, including but not limited to Windows Operating Systems, Personal Computers, Server Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, Microsoft Cloud Stack (365, Exchange, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Azure), Firewalls, Wireless, VPN, VoIP, and Print/Copy/Scan.ย 
  • Strong business-centered technical knowledge and understanding of industry best practices, frameworks, and standards including but not limited to ITSM, ITIL, CIS, and NIST.ย 

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable; not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.ย
