Job description

Agnite Health LLC is a progressive, innovative ophthalmology billing company and is in immediate need of experienced ophthalmic billers. Experience preferred with key PM systems: Nextech Select, Nextech Practice +, OpenPM, AdvancedMD, ModMed, and NextGen. Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for an Ophthalmology Billing Specialist.

Responsibilities include overseeing the revenue cycle management process; such as posting payments, charges, working denials, actively working with carriers to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, helping patients understanding statements, while maintaining communication with clients and team members. Excellent company, starting salary based on experience, great benefits and working conditions. Qualified individuals with ophthalmology billing and coding experience should apply.

Qualifications Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, self-directed and dedicated to the successful completion of all billing and collection goals. At least 2 years' experience in ophthalmology billing, coding and collections preferred. Proficiency in the Billing Process with strong attention to accuracy and detail Experience in Client Billing and ensuring compliance with relevant billing standards Understanding of Accounting principles and ability to work with financial data Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients Proficient in billing systems and related software tools Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Prior experience in ophthalmology billing or healthcare billing is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in billing or accounting are favorable #J-18808-Ljbffr
