Summary:

  • Required Experience: Oracle Health / Cerner PharmNet
  • Independently formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on customer needs, and devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems.
  • Leads the analysis, design, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines.
  • Provides technical leadership in resolving system logic issues and supports upgrades and modifications.
  • Ensures adherence to change management policies and takes ownership of product and implementation issues.
  • Serves as a mentor to junior analysts and models excellence in customer service.
  • Responsible for leading projects and support multiple applications or institutions, demonstrating full technical knowledge of all phases of systems analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Required Experience:
    • 8 years Planning, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Analysis of programs and software OR
    • 4 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as a Systems Analyst
    • OR 4 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in Computer Science field.
    • Required Bachelors Information Services Related; Or High School or Equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Experienced in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design.
  • Participated in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation.
  • Have sound knowledge of multiple core technical areas or business processes.
  • Have an understanding of interface specifications.
