Remote CDL Class A Driver Recruiter (Spanish/English)

Position

CDL Class A OTR Driver Recruiter (Remote)

Employment Type:

  • W-2 or Independent Contractor (1099)

  • Full-Time

  • Remote

Compensation:

  • $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

  • +$300 bonus for every successfully hired driver after the driver works 20 days with the company

  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday

  • 8 hours per day

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who specializes in hiring CDL Class A OTR truck drivers across the United States.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of CDL truck driver recruiting experience

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Proven ability to source, screen,and interview CDL Class A drivers

  • Strong understanding of FMCSA hiring requirements and driver qualification standards

  • Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Tenstreet, Driver Pulse, Facebook, CDL job boards, or similar tools

  • Well-developed connections with CDL schools to find more future CDL drivers

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Equipment Requirements:

  • Reliable computer or laptop

  • High-speed internet connection

  • Quality headset with microphone

  • Quiet home office/workspace

Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified CDL Class A OTR drivers

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews

  • Verify driver qualifications and hiring documentation

  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals
