Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, using evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor client progress through assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, treatment progress, and significant developments within our electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to provide holistic care, including therapy and additional resources when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to all ethical and legal standards governing mental health services to protect client confidentiality and ensure professional integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our clients vary in age, background, and therapy needs, allowing you the opportunity to implement different therapeutic techniques based on specific goals and circumstances. You will also have access to a broad range of resource tools, enhancing your capability to deliver personalized care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid and active state licensure as a mental health professional, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Demonstrated expertise in providing individual therapy, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using technology for scheduling and conducting remote sessions, ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
