• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a supportive and safe therapeutic environment.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans tailored to individual clients' unique challenges, strengths, and goals.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans, using data-driven assessments to ensure effective intervention.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care solutions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of practice, staying informed regarding changes in mental health legislation and best practices.

Our focus is on helping diverse populations who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will work closely with clients from varied backgrounds, utilizing culturally competent approaches to ensure that each client feels understood and respected in their therapy journey. By fostering trust and open communication, you will contribute significantly to improving client engagement and overall treatment success.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Experience in providing individual therapy, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic strategies and client-focused solutions.

• Familiarity and comfort with digital platforms for remote therapy, showcasing adaptability in utilizing technology for client care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
