• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and thorough interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies, aiming to address specific mental health issues and foster resilience in patients.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices, tailored to each patient's situation.

The patient population you will serve is diverse and may include individuals facing a range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to more complex issues like PTSD and bipolar disorder. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LICSW license in the state of Vermont.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, providing foundational skills in assessment and treatment planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
