• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing compassion and professionalism to create a safe and supportive environment for discussion.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment quality and share insights within the team.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and available resources in the community, empowering them with knowledge and skills.
• Stay current with research trends and advancements in the mental health sector, integrating new approaches and techniques into your practice.
• Manage a full caseload efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and interventions while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• A valid and active license to practice as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for assessing needs and providing effective interventions.

• Experience in providing evidence-based therapies and supportive counseling to various patient populations.

• Compensation in the range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
