You will be expected to maintain standard business hours, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Deliver high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services tailored to the individual needs of clients across various settings.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary resources such as financial aid, housing assistance, and various social services that support their overall well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients dealing with acute mental health challenges, including suicidal ideation, substance abuse issues, and severe trauma responses.
• Engage in educational initiatives aimed at fostering mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other state and federal regulations.

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Not Just Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adults, and families. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, qualifying you for the LCSW license.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
