In this remote position, you will primarily work from home while still engaging in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team through virtual meetings and consultations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, establishing accurate diagnoses to inform treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy services using evidence-based practices for various conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Engage in regular check-ins and progress tracking with clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals such as case managers, psychiatrists, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations.
• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

You will be working primarily with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including families, adults, and adolescents. Our client base often faces unique challenges and may include those impacted by socio-economic barriers, trauma, or various mental health disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering culturally sensitive care, providing essential support to those who need it most.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective work with a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills, effectively maintaining documentation in compliance with clinical standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing mental health counseling within an outpatient setting.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches tailored to varied populations.
• Previous involvement in crisis intervention or emergency mental health support.
• Familiarity with case management practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
