• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health challenges.
• Develop customized treatment plans collaboratively with clients while tracking their progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, responding promptly to client needs to ensure their safety and well-being.

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals seeking mental health support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. • A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited university.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Excellent documentation skills to accurately record client sessions and treatment plans.
• A clear disciplinary record, with no actions taken against your license in any jurisdiction.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings, especially in managing technology for session delivery.
• Background in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or marginalized groups.
• Previous experience in a collaborative team environment, contributing to integrated care approaches.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
