Work Environment

This position primarily operates in a remote outpatient office setting, granting counselors the flexibility to balance work and personal responsibilities effectively. Full-time professionals can expect a structured Monday to Friday schedule with eight-hour workdays, while part-time roles are available from Monday to Saturday, allowing counselors to tailor their hours based on team requirements and individual preferences. Importantly, there are no weekend commitments, enabling a comprehensive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging with individuals, couples, families, and groups to promote emotional well-being.
  • Utilize a variety of tailored therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, ensuring treatment plans are specific to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, attending regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.
  • Engage in professional development through workshops and continuing education to stay current with trends and developments in mental health care.
