As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will utilize your skills and expertise to:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality is prioritized.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to foster a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and provide mentorship during peer review meetings to elevate the standard of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources within the community.
• Stay current with the latest clinical research and integrate new techniques into practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Your practice will include a diverse range of clients, spanning various ages and backgrounds. You will address a multitude of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relational conflicts. By tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each client, you will make a profound impact on their mental health journey.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting with direct patient engagement.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to adapt to varying client needs.

• Experience working in community health settings or outpatient clinics.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
