• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies to foster client engagement and progress in therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous and thorough client records, documenting progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse array of clients who seek help for mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance abuse. Understanding the nuances and individual contexts of your clients will be essential in providing compassionate and effective care.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and expertise in therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside potential sign-on bonuses for qualified candidates.
