Work Environment

In this fully remote position, you will be part of a flexible and innovative work culture committed to work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions through our secure online platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to assess and support clients in real time.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide individuals in overcoming obstacles, managing stress, anxiety, and enhancing overall emotional health.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, incorporating clients' feedback and preferences to foster a collaborative therapeutic alliance.
  • Utilize a goal-oriented, solution-focused approach, combining various therapeutic methodologies to tailor interventions that address specific client issues.
  • Document progress and therapeutic interventions in client records accurately and in accordance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be providing mental health therapy to a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will also work with clients facing unique challenges stemming from cultural, socio-economic, and environmental factors, ensuring an inclusive approach to care that respects each individual's background and needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California is essential.
  • Proficient in using virtual therapy tools and related technologies, ensuring comfortable and effective communication with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and remain organized in a remote work environment.
