Work Environment

The role operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and mental health status using standardized evaluation tools.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans addressing each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Engage clients in therapy sessions through virtual platforms, maintaining a supportive and therapeutic presence.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, utilizing electronic health records to track treatment efficacy and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with external treatment providers and community resources to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic techniques to foster informed participation in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy, preferably in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits
