About the Opportunity

The Capture Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and leading the pursuit of strategic federal business opportunities that support GAMA-1's long-term growth objectives in a remote work environment. Working closely with customers, industry partners, company leadership, technical subject matter experts, and proposal teams, this role develops and executes capture strategies, win plans, competitive assessments, and customer engagement approaches to position the company for successful contract awards.
