• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and histories.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness practices, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing teletherapy platforms to ensure accessibility, especially for clients facing logistical challenges.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring they feel involved in their own treatment journey.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and pursuing additional certifications related to mental health.

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s or doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

While possessing a license is essential, we value candidates with experience in teletherapy and various therapeutic techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is an advantage, as accurate documentation is key to providing effective care. Individuals with experience in trauma-informed care or outpatient settings are particularly encouraged to apply.

Glen Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
