As a Mental Health Counselor at New Beginnings, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and collaborating with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals based on individual needs and preferences.
• Delivering various therapeutic modalities, including prevention-focused interventions tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness to changing client circumstances.
• Coordinating care with additional treatment providers, community resources, and placement agencies to facilitate holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate quality care.
• Managing a manageable caseload while adhering to best practices in session note-taking and record-keeping.
• Participating actively in staff meetings and collaborating to enhance team culture and morale.
• Contributing to an enriching workplace environment by sharing insights and supporting fellow team members.
