The Family and Kids Behavioral Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews to formulate cognitive, behavioral, and emotional treatment strategies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals, cultural backgrounds, and family dynamics.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in diverse settings such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
  • Implement crisis intervention techniques and liaise with other healthcare professionals to guarantee continuous care during critical moments for clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Deliver psychoeducation to both clients and their family members, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, tailoring care pathways that best serve our clients' needs.
  • Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adapting interventions as required to ensure optimal effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on current trends and research in mental health, and integrate new knowledge into clinical practices.
  • Commit to ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and trust at all times.
