Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a diverse caseload, establishing rapport and trustworthy relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, discuss treatment plans, monitor stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.
  • Collaboratively develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Participate in weekly individual therapy sessions, offering techniques and tools that promote personal effectiveness and emotional healing.
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive support from experienced colleagues.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
