• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy tailored for individuals facing mental health issues associated with substance abuse.
• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing solution-focused and best practice interventions.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet the unique recovery needs of patients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records following HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness for shared patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about available mental health and substance abuse resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about treatment.
• Keep abreast of the latest research in behavioral health and integrate relevant findings into daily practice to enhance service delivery.
• Manage a diverse caseload by setting realistic treatment goals and providing ongoing evaluation and adjustment of care strategies.
• Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines to ensure the highest level of care is consistently delivered.

Our patients include individuals from varying backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, often facing complex mental health challenges in conjunction with substance use disorders. Your role will empower these individuals to navigate their recovery journeys while enhancing their overall wellbeing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in substance abuse therapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapies and recovery models.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused interventions and therapeutic methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.

• Experience working in a remote setting and utilizing telehealth technology for patient interactions is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly for maintaining clinical documentation and treatment planning.
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions or workshops related to substance abuse recovery is a significant plus.
