• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients’ mental health conditions while developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in individual and group counseling sessions, adjusting approaches to foster personal growth and enhance clients’ coping skills.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly track progress, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who may have mobility challenges or who prefer virtual options, utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant technology.
• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions to expand clinical skills and stay informed on the latest mental health trends.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. • Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, providing the educational foundation necessary for effective practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ struggles, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills to handle varied caseloads and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• At least two years of clinical experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy will be advantageous.
• Experience in trauma-informed care to better address and support clients who have faced significant life challenges.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated skills.
