We are searching for the best talent to join our Orthopedics team as a Senior Director, Spine, Supply Chain to be located preferably in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Purpose:

The Sr. Director, Spine, Supply Chain is a critical leadership role responsible for setting and executing the endtoend supply chain strategy for the Spine franchise. This leader drives performance across planning, manufacturing, distribution, and external partners to ensure reliable product availability, strong financial performance, and exceptional customer experience.

This role has a direct impact on patient care, surgeon satisfaction, and business growth by ensuring a resilient, compliant, and scalable supply chain that supports innovation and global demand.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the endtoend Spine supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned to business growth, product lifecycle management, and commercial priorities.
  • Lead and develop highperforming global and regional teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Regulatory teams to support new product introductions and lifecycle optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce cost, improve inventory turns, and strengthen supply resilience.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and environmental health & safety requirements across the supply chain network.
  • Manage external manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure performance, risk mitigation, and longterm capability.
  • Own supply chain performance metrics and financial outcomes, including budget management and productivity targets.
  • Anticipate and proactively manage supply risks, disruptions, and capacity constraints.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Required:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • Typically, 12-14 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles, with significant scope and complexity.
  • Proven experience leading large, crossfunctional and/or global teams at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong understanding of endtoend supply chain processes in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceuticals, or comparable industry).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, cost productivity, and service performance.
  • Experience partnering with senior commercial and functional leaders to deliver business results.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Travel: Up to 25% of domestic and international travel.

Preferred:

  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting Spine or orthopedic medical device portfolios.
  • Global supply chain leadership experience, including external manufacturing or complex distribution networks.
  • Track record of leading transformation initiatives and digital supply chain capabilities.
  • Experience navigating regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements in MedTech.
  • Prior experience supporting mergers, separations, or major organizational transformations.
  • Excellent communication, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language: English required; additional languages preferred.
  • Certifications: APICS/CSCP, CPIM, Lean, Six Sigma (preferred).
