• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly assess progress through ongoing feedback and adjustment of strategies.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who require remote assistance, facilitating access to mental health services regardless of geographical barriers.

As a member of our team, you will primarily support a diverse group of clients dealing with a range of mental health issues. These may include couples seeking to improve their relationships, families navigating challenges, and individuals coping with stress, trauma, and emotional disturbances. • An active, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build secure and trusting relationships with clients.
• A strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to understanding client experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and maintain administrative tasks efficiently.

• Previous clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting, particularly in addressing issues related to addiction, family dynamics, and relationship conflicts.
• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans that resonate with clients.
