• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using evidence-based diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing therapeutic modalities that align with clients’ unique needs and preferences.
• Offer individual therapy sessions, utilizing teletherapy resources to ensure accessibility for all clients.
• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout treatment with precision, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients.

At BWL Mental Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and those seeking personal growth. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an ability to maintain a non-judgmental stance when working with clients.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic caseload and administrative tasks efficiently.

• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural nuances in mental health treatment.
• Prior experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient documentation efficiently.
• Involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives is a plus.
