About the Role:
Were seeking a driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment and is comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
While insurance experience is helpful, its not required - were open to candidates with strong sales backgrounds (including life insurance or other consultative sales roles) who are ready to apply their skills in the insurance space.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend coverage solutions
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
  • Close sales and contribute to team production goals
