• Conduct comprehensive psychological and social assessments of clients to identify their strengths, needs, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery motivations.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing, tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records of client progress and interventions, utilizing our advanced electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, consisting of medical and therapeutic professionals, to review client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and remain current with industry best practices.

Our primary client base includes individuals navigating the complexities of detoxification and rehabilitation from substance use, as well as those experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. Our approach is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, recognizing the unique experiences of each client and fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere that encourages open communication and trust-building.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Colorado is essential.
