• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, applying tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to establish an accurate diagnosis.
• Create individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, addressing factors such as cultural diversity and specific mental health challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, offering appropriate interventions and adjusting treatment modalities to align with patient response and needs.
• Document all treatment records and clinical information promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Engage in collaborative planning with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment objectives, addressing both mental health goals and safety concerns.
• Serve as a vital link between patients and broader treatment resources, effectively coordinating referrals and maintaining constructive relationships with other clinicians and agencies.
• Provide mentorship and educational support for interns and junior staff, contributing to their professional growth through supervision and hands-on guidance.
• Participate in peer reviews and clinical audits to uphold the quality of care delivered within the organization, supporting team cohesion and individual development.

This position specifically caters to individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses, presenting unique emotional and psychological needs. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices.

While a Master’s Degree and current licensure are essential, we also appreciate prior experience in outpatient therapy or work with cancer patients, as this will enhance the candidate's ability to address the unique challenges faced by our clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new team members are greeted with a sign-on bonus as an incentive.
