Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and internal protocols, utilizing current technology to uphold the highest standards of care.

  • Coordinate referrals and liaise with other healthcare providers to create a seamless continuum of care for patients, ensuring that they have access to necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
