What is a remote call reviewer?

A Remote Call Reviewer is a professional who listens to and evaluates recorded phone calls, typically for quality assurance, compliance, or training purposes. They work remotely, analyzing calls to ensure customer service standards are met, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to call center agents or companies. Their role helps organizations maintain high-quality customer interactions and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote call reviewer?

To excel as a Remote Call Reviewer, you generally need experience in call monitoring, quality assurance, and a keen understanding of customer service standards, often supported by a background in customer support or related fields. Familiarity with call recording systems, CRM platforms, and quality assessment tools is typically required. Job description

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we're on a mission to help men live longer, stronger, more energized lives through supplements that actually deliver. But here's the catch: too many guys grab a product online and then flounder-unsure how to use it, stack it, or stick with it long enough to see results. That's where you, our Sales Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist in our world), make the difference. Without you, men miss out on better energy, strength, and confidence, and our mission stalls. With you? You're the spark that turns a purchase into a transformation-for him and everyone who benefits from him showing up as his best self.
What You'll Do:
  • Sell: You'll sell products and services for our men's health client, a company built for health-conscious men, by health-conscious men, with over a million happy customers and growing.
  • Grow: Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients' prospects into brand loyalists.
  • Learn: Work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
  • Earn: Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
  • Live: Work from home in a global remote environment to have more time for what really matters, because commutes aren't fun.
  • Sales Ethics:We are highly compliant and sell ethically, following all regulatory requirements of the FTC, never overpromising what a product can do or making unsubstantiated claims.
  • Brand Integrity: We partner with brands that care about what their selling, working with those who sell products of the highest quality and follow strict FDA regulations.

What We Offer:
Choose the pay structure that best fits your goals-both offer uncapped commission potential, with estimated first-year on-target earnings: $55,000-$100,000, with uncapped upside based on performance.
  • Hourly + Commission: Earn your applicable state minimum hourly pay, paid every pay period and never offset against commission, plus 4%-12% commission on net sales every two weeks.
  • Higher-Commission Plan: Earn 14%-17% commission on net sales (approximately 20%-25% of gross sales) every two weeks. If your commission falls below your applicable state minimum wage, you'll receive a non-recoverable minimum earnings guarantee-you will never owe it back or have it deducted from future commissions.
  • Paid Sales Training: Your first week you'll be deep in training, learning everything about our sales scripts, process, compliance, and learning our systems such as, Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage.
  • Remote Work: You'll have the freedom of a fully remote position, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.
  • Be Part of the Tribe: No matter your title, you'll join a community that values partnership, advocacy, and growth. We believe in nurturing our team members and fostering an environment of collaboration, support, and mutual success. Check our team success stories here!

What We're Looking For:
  • Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
  • Knowledge, background, or genuine passion around men's health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication and a knack for building genuine connections.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
  • Reliable internet and equipment, since this role involves frequent phone and video calls requiring clear, uninterrupted conversations.

This means you should have:
  • A fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset to comfortably run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
  • Ethernet connection strongly preferred for the most consistent call quality (usually just an inexpensive cable connecting your device to your modem).
  • Dedicated internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Join us if you're ready to play a pivotal role in reshaping the world of men's health and wellness while thriving in a growth-centric global environment with amazing people. If that sounds like you, Tribe Wellness is your tribe. Apply today and work with a very different type of company.
