The Resident Billing Call Center Agent serves as the first point of contact for residents and families with billing questions. Working remotely in a high-volume call center environment, this role delivers compassionate, efficient support while driving first-call resolution and maintaining billing accuracy.What You'll Do: Answer inbound calls within service level targets Provide empathetic, professional assistance and use de-escalation techniques when needed Research resident accounts and explain charges clearly Update billing systems (PCC) and document calls accurately Collaborate with community leaders to resolve complex inquiries Escalate urgent issues appropriately with detailed handoffs Support Move-In/Move-Out processing and resident refunds Monitor AR aging and assist with collections efforts Assist with LTC submissions and month-end billing activities Maintain compliance with privacy, audit and documentation standardsResident Billing Call Center Agent - Provide Compassionate Support and Resolve Billing InquiriesCall Center Representative | Customer Service | Billing Support | Accounts Receivable | Healthcare Billing | Remote
