We're hiring Remote Entry-Level Supervisors to support and coach our call center agents. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience who wants to grow into leadership.
No formal management experience? That's okay-we'll help you build it.
What You'll Do
- Coach and motivate a team of remote call center agents
- Monitor calls and provide real-time feedback
- Help your team meet performance goals and KPIs
- Communicate with agents via chat, phone, and video (Microsoft Teams)
- Address performance concerns and document coaching conversations
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues (internet, systems, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in leadership, coaching, or team development
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Teams)
Preferred (not required):
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience
