Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver psychotherapy services via telehealth, in-office appointments, or a blended approach, based on client preference and practitioner expertise.
  • Conduct initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and individual therapy sessions while maintaining detailed and accurate electronic health records.
  • Cultivate a caseload of 15-35 clients, focusing on increasing your numbers over time, aligned with our goal to enhance the quality of mental health care.
  • Engage in regular clinical case review sessions to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and patient care.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated intake coordinator and billing specialist to optimize client flow and administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on clinical work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
