• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to gather comprehensive mental health histories and identify individual needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with identified therapeutic goals, addressing various mental health challenges.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services through secure platforms, making mental health care accessible to clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and consultations to share insights, techniques, and resources that enhance client care.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and present with a range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. This position plays a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their personal challenges and achieve meaningful improvements in their mental well-being. You will work with both adults and children, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a PsyD.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates possessing a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, effective in handling a thriving caseload.

Experience in a community health setting is advantageous, especially with diverse populations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices is also preferred, as well as prior experience providing therapy across various modalities. Candidates who have engaged in professional development activities such as workshops or certifications in specialized treatment approaches will be considered favorably.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Specific benefits include:
