  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide teletherapy services through secure platforms, making mental health care accessible to clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and consultations to share insights, techniques, and resources that enhance client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a PsyD.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates possessing a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, effective in handling a thriving caseload.
Preferred Experience

Experience in a community health setting is advantageous, especially with diverse populations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices is also preferred, as well as prior experience providing therapy across various modalities. Candidates who have engaged in professional development activities such as workshops or certifications in specialized treatment approaches will be considered favorably.
