- Manage and oversee all serving site activity and communication with individuals at events. This includes serving-site staff, Little Caesars franchise/restaurant crew, corporate colleagues, national partners, media, etc.
- Drive the Love Kitchen to each serving site. Plan efficient, safest routes to the location, ensuring the Love Kitchen arrives on time.
- Manage all Little Caesars franchise employees and volunteers who staff the Love Kitchen at serving sites; alongside volunteers, physically make pizzas within the Love Kitchen truck to prepare for service.

- Drive to each designated store location to physically load food order onto truck before scheduled serving.
- Set up and take down the Love Kitchen at each serving site (turn on/off oven switches and start/stop generator, etc.).
- Maintain working order of all Love Kitchen equipment. Perform minor repairs as required.
- Keep accurate records to align with Penske and DOT regulations.
- Track and submit weekly expense reports.
- Monitor permit records on units. Obtain necessary permits as needed.
- Communicate with Love Kitchen corporate colleagues to prepare press releases and written communications as needed.
- Coordinate with repair and maintenance vendors on Love Kitchen repairs.
- Assist Love Kitchen lead with special requests/servings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time while making and serving pizza.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time while driving from location to location.
- Ability to travel overnight 75% of the time.
- A typical schedule will be one day of travel to the serving site, six days of serving, and one day of travel home from the serving site. Then you will have four days off. The schedule will then repeat.
- You will have daily exposure to loud noise from generator that powers the Love Kitchen unit.
- You will be exposed to very warm climates while working in a warm kitchen.

We're an international brand that's a household name and a front-of-mind decision when you've got pizza on the brain. We've grown tremendously since opening the first store in 1959 - and we're still growing. But, at the end of the day, our success as a big-town name is because of our focus on small town values.
