The role is centered within a detox center setting, where you will interact primarily with clients working through alcohol and substance use issues. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and treatment goals, ensuring a holistic understanding of their backgrounds and presenting issues.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth platforms, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and narrative therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update tailored treatment plans to meet the specific needs of clients, adapting interventions based on their progress.
• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting and monitor their progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, creating a safe space for clients to express themselves.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices and enhance clinical skills.
• Establish a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering an environment of openness and collaboration.
• Provide practical support and actionable strategies to help clients effectively manage life's challenges.

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals dealing with substance use disorders as part of a detox center. You will work closely with clients in various stages of recovery, addressing not only their immediate therapeutic needs but also their long-term emotional and mental health goals. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of these clients present unique challenges and opportunities to make a profound difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, with a preference for experience in private practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

• Experience in teletherapy and using digital platforms for client sessions.
• Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment and recovery principles.
• Previous work in a remote or flexible work environment.
