This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. As a full-time employee, you will enjoy a flexible schedule that accommodates client needs, including some evening and weekend hours when necessary. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and interventions suited to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans, fostering clients' resilience during challenging times.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring timely updates regarding client progress.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Background in trauma-informed care and working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus potential bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
