Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented C&I Support Coordinator to provide remote support and coordination for on-site C&I activities. This role will serve as a key point of contact for General Contractors (GCs), validate site and work information, coordinate remote C&I engineering support, and ensure accurate assignments are entered into the dispatch system.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working with technical information, and able to follow established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover assigned work periods as directed by the Project Manager (PM).
  • Answer incoming calls from General Contractors (GCs) requesting C&I support.
  • Verify that the provided Site ID is a valid site in the iNTP Tool. If the Site ID is not valid, stop providing services for the site and request further direction.
  • Verify that the on-site C&I work requested by site personnel is valid. If the requested work is not valid, stop providing services for the site and request further direction.
  • Identify, support, and assign the appropriate remote C&I engineer based on the technology identified by the caller.
  • Create and maintain assignments in the dispatch tool, ensuring all required site information is accurately entered.
  • Follow established escalation procedures and communicate effectively with project management and field personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely coordination of C&I support activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable handling incoming calls and coordinating multiple requests.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures and established workflows.
  • Experience with telecommunications, C&I, field operations, dispatch, or technical support is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computer-based tools and systems.
