Azure Infrastructure Engineer
Remote but local to Texas
Min - 15+ IT Exp
Any Visa type is ok
Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, storage, load balancers)
• Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and cost optimization
• Support remote connectivity (Global Secure Connect Azure VPN Gateway)
• Implement and maintain Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting
• Integration of Cloud-Security to maintain cloud infrastructure security hygiene.
• The Cloud engineering individual(s) should have experience in handling AI driven infrastructure to utilize the out-of-box solutions and support upcoming AI initiatives.
• The DEVOPS/SEC should have ability to define the maintenance schedules and build robust governance & manage it as business as usual.
Minimum requirements
Experience- Minimum 5 years in Azure cloud engineering
• Certifications - At least one current Azure certification (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500 preferred)
Preferred
Industry - Aviation, transportation, or regulated-industry experience a plus
• Tools - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell, Azure Storage Explorer, Draw.io, Git, Rancher Desktop, VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio, Container Rgistries, az cli, kuctl, kustomize, helm, kubie, kubeconform, dapr cli. Cert-manager cmctl, argocd cli, opentofu,tfsec, tflint
• Security - Experience with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or NIST frameworks
