LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Client Solution Architect for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

The Client Solution Architect will work closely with the CTO, Delivery, Sales, and Product Teams to provide technical and project leadership. This integration project is complex, strategic and involves interaction with their customers' senior executives. This role requires both technical oversight of the implementation and project leadership to help carriers make broader architecture choices and align our client's system into the carrier's overall technical environment. You will be involved in all phases of client engagement, from participation in the sales process through implementation and ongoing client support.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer work streams for people, process, and technology

  • Drive project success by aligning customer stakeholders, navigating constraints, interpersonal dynamics, and sources of friction

  • Design customer solution (resourcing, technology, integration), transition and transformation program, based on repeatable IP and assets

  • Collaborate on complex customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute towards the design of a specific customer implementation over the development lifecycle with a particular focus on delivery components

  • Support the Delivery Team with the implementation of the technical solution

  • Actively participate in sales meetings and presentations

  • Make complex decisions over the right solution for the customer factoring in delivery capabilities, available data, advancements in technology, and expected market developments.

  • Lead due diligence exercises pre and post-contract by analyzing complex data to drive commercial decisions in the best interest of the customer

  • Work closely with system integrators and other partners

  • Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, project detractors, and other roadblocks to success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Development, or a related field

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in developing complex integrated technical solutions involving vendor software across the development lifecycle

  • Experience building customer solutions using existing assets and capabilities including alliances

  • Problem-solving skills, costing, and technology-based solutions with deals and offerings

  • Industry knowledge across different technologies, especially in Cloud/SaaS/PaaS solutions and the role of IT in digital change

  • Experience in Insurance Technology solutions (preferably policy administration systems), in Life & Annuity preferred

  • Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in a presentation to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to negotiate with various stakeholders to influence decisions and reach alignment

  • Proficient at building trust and cultivating strong relationships across all levels

  • -dept at turning complex customer requirements into a comprehensible and simple solution

  • Understanding of Design Thinking and Agile Methodology

  • Experience in application architecture, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture

  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

The base range for this contract position is $80.00 - $95.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
