This role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH (or in Minnetonka, MN)

Summary:
The Lead Business Systems Analyst works with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.
  • Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.
  • Serve as a project team member or team lead. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements.
  • Align IT resources and processes in order to meet the client organization's needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related work.
  • 2+ years of experience building data queries (preferred SQL).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with AML/BSA IT applications (Anti Money Laundering)
  • Ability to work within an Agile environment
  • Professional experience with Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts: assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio
  • Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology
  • Strong organization, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
  • Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
