The therapist will operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while participating in regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct in-depth assessments to identify and evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and values.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Educate clients and their families on the nuances of mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices.
• Monitor clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in case consultations and professional development sessions to refine clinical skills and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Champion advocacy efforts to promote awareness and de-stigmatization of mental health challenges.

This position will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing various mood disorders. You will play a pivotal role in providing therapy to those who often face significant challenges in their daily lives due to these conditions. Your expert guidance and support will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.
• A thorough understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling successful collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive treatment outcomes with mood disorder clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

• Experience working in a clinical setting focused on mental health, particularly with mood disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth software to manage patient consultations and documentation.
• Participation in continuing education and training specific to mood disorder treatment.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
