About the Role
We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development / Sales Representative in the Columbus region.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, being out in the field, and building long-term business partnerships. Sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and in-person visits
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, plant managers, and business owners
  • Present and explain our staffing services and capabilities
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
  • Partner with recruiting to ensure quality service delivery
